In 2025, we supported Bucintoro Motoscafi Soc. Coop., a Venetian company with many years of experience in water transport, in the launch of the new venice.taxi website. The project represents a rebranding and digital positioning initiative designed to enhance private water taxi services in the lagoon and deliver an intuitive, elegant, and internationally oriented booking experience.
The intervention covered the entire digital ecosystem: from information architecture analysis to visual design, through to SEO optimization and multilingual translation (IT, EN, FR, DE, ES).
In addition to the institutional website, we developed a management app that allows operators to autonomously edit all the data presented by the booking engine, through which users can easily and quickly request transfers, tours, and experiences. This is complemented by a custom chatbot for conversational booking management.
In parallel, we handled the registration and optimization of business profiles across major online channels, including Tripadvisor and Google My Business, to strengthen the brand’s digital presence and reputation.

designing a UI/UX focused on mobile experience and fast booking
enhancing photography and storytelling of the services offered
technical SEO and performance optimization for smooth navigation
integrating digital tools for request management and customer loyalty
The result is a contemporary website capable of conveying authenticity and professionalism, positioning Venice.taxi as a benchmark for private water transport in the lagoon—combining tradition and innovation in the heart of Venice.
